Keeping Your Quest‑Related Emails Out of Spam

If you’re a DM or guild member who relies on regular updates from Dungeon Masters Vault, missing an email can mean missed dice rolls, lost loot tables, or forgotten session reminders. This guide shows you how to whitelist the vault’s domain so every message lands straight in your inbox—no more hunting through spam.

1. What Is a Whitelist?

A whitelist is simply a list of senders that your mail service trusts. When an address or entire domain appears on this list, the provider bypasses its spam filters and delivers the mail directly to your primary folder. Think of it as a “safe‑pass” for important communications.

2. Why You Should Whitelist Dungeon Masters Vault

  • Never Miss a Notification – Website news, Password resets, Campaign alerts, rule updates, or vendor offers won’t be hidden.
  • Boost Productivity – Spend less time digging through junk folders and more time planning adventures.
  • Maintain Guild Harmony – All members receive the same information at the same time.
