Email Validation

This page explains what to do if you don’t receive your email validation.

What Happens

After signing up, our system sends a validation email containing a link. You must click this link to confirm ownership of your email address and activate your account.

Troubleshooting

If you haven’t received the email, try these steps:

1. Whitelist Our Domain

If you just signed up and didn’t receive the registration email, please add our domain (`dungeonmastersvault.com`) to your email client’s whitelist:

2. Double Check Your Email Address

Make sure you entered a valid email address. Typos are surprisingly common!

3. Check Your Spam Folder

The validation email might have been marked as spam.

**Important:** Validation emails are sent in real time and should arrive within minutes.

4. Outside Organization Emails?

Some schools or organizations restrict emails from external sources. If this applies to you, try signing up with a Gmail or Hotmail account.

5. Password Reset

You can also validate your email by visiting the password reset page:

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password, which will also validate your email address.
