Help validating your email address
Our system will send you a validation email.
You will receive a email with a validation link, you have to click the link before you can use your account to prove you own the email address.
If you didn’t receive this email you can try the steps below.
Try whitelisting our domain.
If you just signed up – and didn’t get our registration email – please add our domain to your email client’s whitelist.
Double check your email
Make sure you entered a valid email address. You would be surprised how many undeliverables we get.

Check your spam folder.
There is a good chance the validation email was marked as spam, Check your spam folder for the email.
The system will send you an email link to validate your email is valid, once you click on the link you will be able to login.
Validation emails are sent in real time, so they should arrive with in minutes.
Check that you can receive email from outside your organization
Some schools/mail administrators only allow emails from themselves. Sorry not much we can do if they are blocking outside email – Signup with a gmail or hotmail account.

Hit the password reset page and reset your password
The site will also validate you if you hit the password reset page. You will emailed a link to reset your password.
