Why I’m Seeing “No account with that username or email”

Our site automatically removes accounts that haven’t been used for more than a year.
Before we delete anything, we send two reminders:

• 1st of the month – “Your account is about to be cleaned up.”
• 15th of the month – final warning before deletion.

This process keeps our servers lean (storage costs add up) and protects your data by ensuring only active users stay in the system.

What this means for you

If you’ve been away from Dungeon Masters Vault longer than a year, that account has been purged.
