Our system will send you a validation email upon signup or password reset.

Validation emails are sent in real time, so they should arrive with in minutes.

You will receive a email with a validation link, you have to click the link before you can use your account to prove you own the email address.

If you didn’t receive this email you can try the steps below.

Try whitelisting our domain.

If you just signed up – and didn’t get our registration email – please add our domain to your email client’s whitelist – and try again.

Double check your email.

Make sure you entered a valid email address. You would be surprised how many undeliverables we get – and try again.

What we get:

550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.

Check your spam folder.

There is a good chance the validation email was marked as spam, Check your spam folder for the email.

The system will send you an email link to validate your email is valid, once you click on the link you will be able to login.

Check that you can receive email – is your inbox full?

You might need to delete some email since your inbox is full.  Delete some email and try again.

What we get:

452-4.2.2 The email account that you tried to reach is over quota.

Check that you can receive email from outside your organization.

Some schools/mail administrators only allow emails from themselves.

Sorry not much we can do if they are blocking outside email – Signup with a gmail or hotmail account and try again.

What we get:

550-5.7.1 Your email has been stopped because you can only email within the Organisation.

Hit the password reset page and reset your password.

Hit the password reset page. it will also validate you. You will emailed a link to reset your password.
