Email Validation – Quick‑Start Guide

When you register or request a password reset, we send a verification email instantly. The message should arrive within minutes and contains one link that must be clicked to confirm your address and activate the account.

If You Didn’t Receive the Email

Step What to Do Why It Helps
1. Whitelist Our Domain Add dungeonmastersvault.com to your email client’s whitelist (see our whitelist your account ). Prevents the mail from being blocked by spam filters.
2. Verify Your Email Entry Double‑check that you typed a valid address. A typo can trigger an undeliverable bounce, e.g.:
550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.
3. Check Spam/Junk Look in your spam or junk folder for the verification mail. Sometimes legitimate messages are mis‑classified.
4. Free Inbox Space Delete old emails if your mailbox is full. After clearing space, try again. Example error:
452-4.2.2 The email account that you tried to reach is over quota.
A full inbox rejects new mail.
5. External‑Mail Restrictions Some schools or corporate networks block external senders. If this applies, use a public address (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.). Example error:
550-5.7.1 Your email has been stopped because you can only email within the Organization.
Avoids policy blocks that stop delivery.

Still Not Working?

If none of these steps resolve the issue, reset your password. Clicking the link below will send a new password‑reset email, which also verifies your address:

Reset Password

Once you complete the verification step, your account will be active and ready to use.
