Before You Create a New Bug Report

1. Check Existing Issues

Before filing a new ticket, search our current issue list to see if someone has already reported the same problem. This helps keep the tracker tidy and speeds up resolution.

  • Search: Use GitHub’s search bar or filter by labels such as “bug” and “website”.
  • Duplicate: If you find an identical issue, add a comment with any additional details instead of opening a new one.

If the problem concerns site navigation, layout, or any other front‑end behavior, open an issue on our GitHub repository:

Tip: Include screenshots, browser details, and steps to reproduce the error.

3. When Not to Use GitHub

GitHub is not the channel for:

  • Bugs or questions about orcbrew files (e.g., recipe scripts, configuration files).
  • General support requests unrelated to site functionality.

For those matters, please reach out directly to the file’s author via their preferred contact method.
